About

My initial experience practicing law was with a large public accounting firm and then for several years with a large law firm. I specialized in tax law, more specifically: employee benefits. This technical area proved helpful in developing critical analysis and attention to detail.

These experiences led me to open my own practice in 1994 doing corporate work including litigation, personal injury, estate planning, and real estate. I quickly realized that I truly enjoyed working on residential real estate transactions and dealing directly with individuals.

In 1997 I began concentrating primarily on real estate with the mission of helping my clients buy and sell their homes as easily and stress-free as possible. My prior work with litigating contracts proved beneficial in real estate matters as I was now adept at not only drafting various types of contracts, but reviewing them and negotiating their terms.

The best part of real estate is when a transaction has been completed and I have helped clients secure the home of their dreams. I close real estate transactions in the City of Chicago, and all surrounding counties.
